If you find yourself stuck inside when the weather is wet, try doing some of these:
1. Write a blog post.
2. Master a new recipe.
3. Call your friends and family to let them know how much you love them.
4. Read that book, magazine, blog or article that you’ve always said you would.
5. Just do it! Not like Nike, but between the sheets….or wherever else tickles your fancy.
6. Make a mix CD or playlist of your favorite songs.
7. Watch a movie.
8. Learn or practice a new therapeutic technique: massage, meditation, aroma, etc.
9. Play games: card, board, video, etc.
10. Put together a scrapbook or photo album.
