Wow! I’ve never owned a dog, but can’t wait to get one. These stories have me even more pumped up to get a puppy:

The You Tube clip says (or shows) it all. Dogs are wonderful, unconditionally loving, steadfast friends. We have two canines, both former shelter dogs, who are endlessly fun and loyal. They’ve been a constant source of joy to our children. Granted, they (the dogs and sometimes, the kids) do get on my nerves at times (destroying flower beds and lawns, chewing up sunglasses inadvertently left unattended, and so on), but their admirable qualities outweigh any petty annoyances.
I just saw this story about a dog saving another dog hit by freeway traffic. An amazing story!
